Unfortunately, James Threadgill wasn't around. Flynn Marks and Alfie Smart weren't at the concert as well so there are speculations that they might have left the choir already (or at least left the touring choir). But for Tom Cully fans, it has been confirmed that Tom was there on both concert probably as a technician or something. There were no meet and greets at the concert though a short "photo session" was held after the Bristol concert. CD's and DVD's were also sold at the venue.

Libera also posted some photos from the concert on their BLOG but I also posted it here just in case. ;)

USA Tour Updates

To make things sort of organized, I decided that I would link all the information in this page. This post will be updated once there are new news about Libera's US Tour. Also, to avoid repetition of mentioning the song line-up and members and staff list in the USA Tour Concert summaries that I'm making, I decided to make individual posts about them. Any changes on the soloists or song will also be updated in the main concert review page. :)

Peachtree Presbyterian Church Concert

I'm jealous of everyone who was able to attend the concert at Basilica. The place is amazing and I'm sure so are the boys...

Anyhoo, Lexi also posted pictures of the MEET AND GREET, I must say that it looks like the boys are enjoying the tour. Just noticed that Sam is using the "Philippines" wristband, fan gave to them. It feels great the he remembers Philippines. :) Thank you for allowing me to link your blog here. :)

The second concert of Libera was held at Arborlawn Methodist Church, Fort Worth and started at around 7:30pm. JB was not present in the concert (probably sick...hope you get well soon.)

PHPC Concert Details

With the updates from Patrick and Jenn from Libera Passion and Libera Dreams, I'm getting more and more excited. I hope to see the boys soon. hahaha

Anyhoo, I'll just give a quick update about the Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church Concert. All of these info are taken from the people mentioned above as I did not and will not be attending any of the US activities of Libera.

An hour or two after their service it is said that the staff already started to arrange the furnitures and the stage. The string players were heard while they were rehearsing. The meet and greet area was also arranged that sure brought another excitement for the fans.

The concert started at 7:30pm and as expected the concert was superb. Only few things to note, Jonathan was ill and didn't came out during the second part of the concert. Also, it is said that Henry coughed during The Fountain. Later on he was assisted by one staff to exit the stage for awhile. Patrick said that at some point, there were only 19 members on stage during When The Knight Won His Spurs. Henry came back during Stay With Me.

During the meet and greet, Josh assured to Jenn that he would not leave Libera. So fans should be really happy because of that. hehehe Jonathan wore jacket during the meet and greet. Poor boy, I hope he feels better now.

*It is said that Jonathan Barrington arrived along with Ben Crawley, Steven Geraghty, Sam Coates, Ian Tilley, & Callum Payne.
*There were 4 string instrumentalists. Two of which played violin, one for viola and one for cello! :)
*Robert Prizeman was on the left-side. Everyone thought he was always positioned on the right.
*The kids were divided into 3 groups:
   Group A: 23 kids who joined the Asia tour with Mine Akpobome (present on all songs)
   Group B: 5 kids who sung in some of the songs
   Group C: 7 very young kids who joined in only a couple songs from their line-up
*I think Adoramus-Libera have the same arrangement as what they did in the Asia tour as it was reported that Stefan started it with the mellow "Are you the friend I cannot see?".
*Stefan was reported to be missing in "Time" but he came just in time to do his solo in "Sanctus".
*There were 29 kids present on songs: Salva Me, Agnus Dei & Love And Mercy
*All kids were present on songs: Adoramus (and Libera, I think), How Shall I Sing That Majesty & Exultate.
*We now have 5sets of brothers in Libera: Mine & Sere Akpobome, Jonathan & Henry Barrington, Luke & Jude Collins Sam & Alex Leggett and Josh & Matthew Madine.
*Tom was not present at the Arundel Concert (both as a singer and/or a staff) but someone who attended their Sunday service at St. Philip's confirmed that he was there (as well as Michael H). No sign of Ed though.

The Unscheduled Stop: Libera Summer Philippine Tour Review (Part 2)

There was an autograph signing after both shows. And I’m surprised that even though they already did that last Wednesday, a lot of people still lined-up just to have something signed. (And I was one of them. Hahaha)

The Unscheduled Stop: Libera Summer Philippine Tour Review

I've already posted this on Libera360 but I thought of posting this here as well and add some more.

The things Libera did to us and the things we do for them.

I had the privilege to attend both shows and I found both of it SMASHING!  (I watched the Matinee show in Lodge area which made me see the boys clearer and I was like a fool who’s taking down notes while they are singing. Hahaha But I really love my seat in Gala show because I’m on the 4th row which was really close to the stage. ) The show started off with UK’s National Anthem then followed by the Philippines’.

Mr. Robert de Ocampo made an opening speech, thanking all the sponsors and fans for making the event possible. He also gave a raffle of Libera collection (Eternal CD, New Dawn CD & Angel Voices DVD) to 5 lucky winners in each show. After that he introduced to us “the sound of heaven”.
